Falcondale inherited a dreadful state of affairs when they took over our block. There were a lot of issues needing attention. They drew up an action plan and have been most impressive in their progress. They are methodical and excellent at keeping the directors of the management company informed. They have worked wonders with fee collections. Me and my fellow directors are relieved that our property is in good hands.

Approachable and Efficient

We have found Falcondale to be extremely approachable and very efficient. They return calls, reply to emails and you always know what the progress is on any issue, which makes our role as directors so much easier. We have had reason to contact them out of hours and I have to say they were courteous and more importantly the emergency was dealt with efficiently.

They work with good third-party contractors for the landscaping, alarms and so on. We have never had a complaint in that regard, in fact we often get asked by developments in the area who does our facilities management because our grounds look so well.

Residential Management

We have been employing the services of Falcondale for 3 years since February 2018. Previous to that, I personally managed our rental property for 10 years. Residential Letting

Falcondale has been the letting agent for our Newbridge townhouse and for the house that belongs to our pension scheme ever since we moved from Ireland to South Africa in 2006. During that time Eva Marie and her predecessors have gone out of their way to ensure that we have good tenants who pay the rent on time and take good care of the property. The tenants have, without exception, been extremely happy with the houses.

Whenever repairs and maintenance need doing, Falcondale has engaged reputable firms and checked that the work has been done. They have also inspected the properties regularly and, where appropriate, have sent us photos. All this has given us piece of my mind, particularly important when you are in your seventies and so far away.
