Expert Witness – Property

Clear and impartial testimony

Where there is property, there is the potential for disputes, from boundary issues to claims of criminal damage. Whether you are an individual property owner, a developer or a property management company, there are times when you must defend yourself against a claim or prosecute a case against another party.

This is where an Expert Witness comes in. An Expert Witness may be engaged by either party in the dispute but must remain impartial in presenting their findings. He or she will define accepted practices and determine if those practices have been adhered to by all parties. He or she investigates the claim and presents the facts in a report. The Expert Witness may be called to appear in court or at an arbitration hearing to present the findings and submit themselves to cross-examination.

Alan Nolan, founder of Falcondale Property, is an experienced and sought-after Expert Witness thanks to his wide-ranging experience and expertise in property matters including valuation, tenant and landlord agreements and property management agreements.
