Manage My Block

When you engage us as your property managers you will have our support in the following areas:

  • Administrative – we attend meetings, take detailed minutes, perform secretarial duties, update the Member Register, file returns with the CRO in advance of the ARD (your management company’s end of financial year), and more.
  • Financial – book-keeping, budgeting, service charge invoicing and collection, credit control, paying service providers, managing sinking funds, liaising with independent auditors and more.
  • Debt Recovery – tracing property owners, garnishing orders, legal proceedings and more.
  • On site – site visits, organising and overseeing maintenance, enforcement of house rules, attending OMC meetings.
  • Emergencies – we operate an out-of-hours emergency phone service with a fast and effective response.
  • Technical – detailed reports and proposals, special projects such as security measures or recycling facilities for example.
  • Insurance – avail of exclusive rates for insurance, only offered to our clients.
  • Special Services – such as an extensive audit of your management company to identify areas of improvement or designing and implementing bespoke solutions.
