I would have no hesitation in recommending Falcondale Properties Ltd, which I could not say for all the facilities management companies we have had over the years. We had an issue where the park was attracting some anti-social behaviour and I have to say that Falcondale Properties Ltd came up with a very workable proposal that ended up proving successful. They have an excellent team in place and everyone we’ve dealt with has been helpful and proactive.
