We have found Falcondale to be extremely approachable and very efficient. They return calls, reply to emails and you always know what the progress is on any issue, which makes our role as directors so much easier. We have had reason to contact them out of hours and I have to say they were courteous and more importantly the emergency was dealt with efficiently.

They work with good third-party contractors for the landscaping, alarms and so on. We have never had a complaint in that regard, in fact we often get asked by developments in the area who does our facilities management because our grounds look so well.
