We have been employing the services of Falcondale for 3 years since February 2018. Previous to that, I personally managed our rental property for 10 years. Eva manages our property and I can testify to her professionalism from a communicative, administrative and general problem solving perspective. In our positive experience, Falcondale acts as a third party between ourselves and the tenant, meaning we are not customer facing in terms of management, inspection and most importantly in this unprecedented climate, regulation.

The service rates are very competitive considering Falcondale’s local knowledge and experience in the sector, tenant vetting, contract placing and maintenance/repair contacts list. We have never regretted employing the services of Falcondale and frankly, in hindsight, we should have engaged the services for the 10 years up to 2018.
