Falcondale Property have been retained as our property management company for numerous terms. We have had the same block manager for the entire time and he has reduced our costs by re-contracting services. He has also managed to achieve a fee collection rate we would not have dreamed of before we appointed Falcondale Properties. I’m sure my fellow directors agree that we will be sticking with Falcondale for many years to come.
